Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update the address. Once dispatched we're unable to redirect packages.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via standard shipping for domestic orders. Express and international services may require a physical address.
Can I order as a gift and include a note?
Yes! Add your gift message at checkout and we'll include a printed card. Orders marked as gifts will not include pricing in the package.
